Abbie began her career with First Federal in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative at the main office branch. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service and her commitment to helping customers quickly became evident, allowing her to grow into the role of Private Banking Client Services Associate in 2021.
In 2026, Abbie joined the Investment team at the Nelson branch as an Investment Client Services Associate. Throughout her career with First Federal, she has gained valuable experience across multiple areas of banking from customer service, private banking, and now to investments. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, along with a genuine desire to help clients and provide them with exceptional service.
A lifelong Lake Charles resident, Abbie graduated from Barbe High School. She is married to Pepper Bourque, and together they have one daughter, Maci. Outside of work, Abbie enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her creative side through crafting, baking, cooking, and decorating their home. She especially enjoys decorating for Christmas and making the holidays special for her family.
