Karen Guidry began her banking career at First Federal Bank in 2007, as a customer associate at the Nelson Financial Center. She transferred to her current position in May 2015, as Investments Sales Associate for the program’s Senior Financial Advisor. She serves as receptionist for the office and provides support and assistance to team members. She is responsible for the daily administrative functions associated with the program for the Nelson office in south Lake Charles.
Karen graduated from LaGrange High School in Lake Charles, LA, and received a certification in Administrative/Clerical from Sowela Technical Institute. She was a Leasing Consultant prior to her employment with First Federal Bank.
She and her husband are active in their church, Our Lady Queen of Heaven. She is a core member of Faith Renewal with the Diocese of Lake Charles and served as Past Director for the organization. She taught PREP classes for many years and was a volunteer at the Life Center. Karen is also a member of the Bella Choir for Magnificat in the Diocese.
Karen and her husband, Charles, reside in Lake Charles, LA, and are the proud parents of two sons and grandparents of eight.
